We will happily discuss our Association’s current membership fees with you. (Fees for 2016 are $50 per annum for qualified celebrant members and only $25 per annum for training celebrant members!)

Association Aims

The aim of this association is to assist all members, new and more experienced, with assistance, networking and a forum for information and discussion. We do not want to build an empire but rather offer a relevant service, at a grass roots level that will assist a professional body of Celebrants who are deeply committed to their appointment as Civil Marriage Celebrants, Civil Family Celebrants and Civil Funeral Celebrants.

history

This association is relatively small but provides quality services for its regional member celebrants and their clients. This association was formed very early in the marriage celebrant program, which commenced in 1973, as the South East Australia Marriage Celebrants Association. Two years ago, we changed our name to the Riverina Marriage Celebrants Association to convey a little better, exactly where our association is based.

Meetings & Events

Meetings are held quarterly at Wagga Wagga, located in the centre of the Riverina NSW. In respect for the limited number of clients available to our members, we strive to keep our celebrant membership fees as low as possible so that membership with us is easily affordable and celebrant networking is accessible; a ready source of accurate information for all members.

The Forums allow members the opportunity to address issues or simply make contact with other members on relative topics.

All members with an active email address, may access to our website’s Forum Service. By using an assigned ‘UserName’ and ‘Password’, access to our Website and Forums is easily accessible with notifications being emailed to you to your notified email address, so you may respond on the topic discussed.
